Hope 4 Life Privacy Policy.

Personal data will be collected only if the User discloses such information voluntarily to the Provider or in the event of notice of withdrawal or in the context of voluntary feedback. Data such as name e-mail and telephone number will in this case be stored and used exclusively for the purpose of responding to the request of the User or establishing contact and for the associated technical administration. The data will be deleted after the final processing of the request if the User so wishes.

No personal data is stored with the exception of the cases referred to above, with the deletion of the Hope 4 Life App, all the data stored in the app will be deleted from the phone.

If the User should forget the User’s password, this can be reissued if the User knows the login email. The User enters the email to which a password recovery link is sent too for the user to be able to regain their login particulars.

Location data (Locating service providers)

The app collects this data when the Hope For Life app is running in the foreground (app open and on-screen) or background (app open but not on-screen) of their mobile device.

We use this data to enhance your use of our app, including improving geo locations, enabling safety features.

Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) are an agreement between Mobile Application Developer”, “us”, “we” or “our”) and you (“User”)

 This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the Hope 4 Life App mobile application and any of its products or services (collectively, “Mobile Application” or “Services”).

Prohibited Uses

In addition to other terms as set forth in the Agreement, you are prohibited from using the Mobile Application or its Content:-

 (1) For any unlawful purpose.

(2) To solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.

(3) To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.

(4) To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

(5) To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information.

Changes To The Terms Of App Usage

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without providing any justification. We will only and generally inform users of any changes to these Terms and Conditions relating to the release of an update. If the User does not consent to the validity of the new terms and conditions, the User can refrain from downloading the update and continue to use the old version of the Hope For Life App.

Intellectual property rights

This Agreement does not transfer to you any intellectual property owned by the Mobile Application Developer or third-parties, and all rights, titles, and interests in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with Mobile Application Developer. All trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with our Mobile Application or Services are trademarks or registered trademarks of the Mobile Application Developer.

Resolution Of Disputes

The formation, interpretation, and performance of this Agreement and any disputes arising out of it shall be governed by the substantive and procedural laws of Uganda without regard to its rules on conflicts or choice of law and, to the extent applicable, the laws of Uganda.

Acceptance of these terms

You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. By using the Mobile Application or its Services you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use or access the Mobile Application and its Services.
